OMG Books: Offering More Great Books to Spark Innovation
Welcome to the Offering More Great Books Awards application!
The OMG Books program is an exciting opportunity for organizations serving kids in need to further your goals of supporting children, educators, and service providers through an infusion of brand new books and eBooks. For First Book, this program is a catalyst that will boost the rapid scaling of our goals to reach the 1.3 million U.S. classrooms and programs serving children in need, and to expand our network of partner organizations like you – working together to ensure that children have access to the educational tools they need to forge a path out of poverty.
Whether you are already a First Book member and have partnered with us before, or you were introduced to First Book because of this special OMG Books opportunity, we welcome your proposal and look forward to exploring how we can work together on behalf of low-income children and families in the community(s) you serve.
We know that books are critical, but scarce for kids in need. Access to adequate resources is one of the greatest contributors to education inequality in the US, and OMG Books grants are a chance for us to come together and create collective impact to help put an end to educational inequity.
